JulLive long, Live on, Live strong Charity poem
The memory... A paper fled across the tables of my mind, It ripped through me like a shred, Like a shred of evidence that life lives on. The stage, A canvas with appeal, One which paints or stains whatever faints, whatever the lanes we all have to take sometimes, Because life forces us to change the rhymes, at one exchange or another. That's what I saw, That's what I heard... Live long! Live strong! Live on! The sighting, A flight that lands across the runways, the thoughts, those funways, The kind that stirs up all the lessons, All the lessons of how it used to be, Teaching us how life should be from now on. The blinking, A stop and go for those who must, Across and over to the other side, Because it's there that we all end up while on this ride. And whether we take this ride or not, We are prepared for the soul, the mating, the knot! That's what I saw, That's what I heard... Live long! Live strong! Live on! The morale? Lives 'longside the moral, Across the balcony where we can see a mural. We can never see a plural of our thoughts, But the stains we see them, And the voices we hear them, And the thoughts we process them. That's what I saw, That's what I heard... Live long! Live strong! Live on! written on Day 2 of the Livestrong Charity event by Artists4Life on blogtv by me, Deau.
